Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from FY Fencing. If you’re not completely happy with your products, we offer the following return policy:
Needs review. These terms were written for the current WordPress store and describe a checkout this build does not have: shipping fees calculated at checkout, card and PayPal payment, refunds to the original payment method. FY and their adviser need to review them before launch.
1Returns
- We provide full refunds for the items are unused within 14 days of purchase.
- We provide 85% refund for the items in resalable conditionwith its original packaging within in 14 days of purchase.
- Installation service fee are not refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged goods).
- Custom-made products,sale items, and welded products are ineligible for return.
2Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@fyfencing.com.au or call 0478 577 688 to receive a return authorization.
- Send the item back to our warehouse at 2/3363 Pacific Highway Slacks Creek QLD 4127.
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on item’s condition based in clause 1.
3Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund process will take up to 7 business days. Please wait patiently for the payment.
4Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will offer a replacement product based on stock availability. You can follow the same return process for exchanges.
5Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
